    ….And we service Logan Airport. You would be surprised how many calls we get a day from people saying “…Wow, you guys service Logan Airport?!” Perhaps it’s in the name. You see Worcester Airport Limousine started back in 1978. We were based in Worcester at the time, and being the first company at that time to offer ground transportation from the Worcester area to Logan Airport in Boston, it is easy to see how people think we just serve Worcester Regional Airport.

     But we serve all the airports in the region. And our Private VIP Van,Sedan, or Mini-Coach service can take you virtually anywhere.

Customer Service at a Different Level

Good Morning! Customer service can have many different meanings to many different people. Worcester Airport Limousine believes in the highest level of customer service. What you’re about to read takes it to a whole new level.

For a chauffeur, customer service should mean arriving 10 minutes early for your pickup, helping the passenger with their luggage, being cordial, driving safely, etc…  You get the idea. For one chauffeur, providing excellent customer service went a little bit further.

This driver arrived for his appointed pickup early one morning to find the passenger completely flustered. It appeared the passenger had overslept and was no where near ready. Normally, this is something we encounter from time to time and generally, no problem. The driver calmly talked with passenger and found out quickly the situation was anormal. The passenger had not even packed yet! For our driver, this was no problem. He immediately stepped into action and started to help this passenger pack their luggage, making sure nothing was left behind. A few extra minutes taken to make sure this passenger had everything they needed made for one extremely happy traveller.

It’s Back to School Time……..WOO!!!!!!!

     It’s that time of the year again. And since it’s only been about 18 months since my last blog entry the powers that be decided…..well, encouraged me, that now would be a good time to write something. Since this time of the year coincides with the anuual return of Jerry Lewis to TV, I figured now is as good as time any to write. Not about Jerry Lewis (who apparently is no longer associated with the MDA or the Telethon…..you can guess how much tv I watched yesterday…), but about the throngs of students returning to the local colleges for another fun year of learning……WOO!

Yep…That’s right! After what seemed like years, (many of them, actually), www.wlimo.com is getting a much deserved and long overdue redesign. The name will still be the same, but it’s gonna look so much better. It’s also going to be more functional. Things will be laid out easier for you the customer to book reservations online. Get a Frequent User ID as well! Why? Simple, track your reservations online, make changes to them up to 24 hours before pickup time, cancel reservations up to 6 hours before pickup time. More importantly save 5%. Who doesn’t want to save money?

How do College Kids Get To the Airport

Its Holiday Travel time, and that means throngs of college students going home for the Holiday break. It also means that Worcester Airport Limousine is out there bringing these students to Logan Airport. The weather looks like it’s going to be good for travelling, so lets wish everyone a safe and happy Holiday season, we’ll see you all at the airport when you return in January 2010.

Yep….It snowed yesterday.

So it was a typical winter storm in Worcester. The weathermen all predicted 3-6 inches before changing to rain, and as predictable, 8+ fell in a short amount of time. Our vans and cars were out in it, transporting passengers all across central Mass. everything went as well as could be, no vehicles got stuck in the snow, and all of our customers reached their destinations safely.
